The Devil Wears Primark was taken of the air last night when Channel Four's legal team advised it wasn't fit to be shown. These are the conclusions based on limited information given by Channel Four. Primark's employees received training over the weekend on how to deal with angry costumers who have watched the program. However, Primark was explicity confident that the program would not be shown.

Click the link below to help expose the truth behind Primark's methods of production, and pressure channel four to show the program to the public.

That's a fair point... I think the documentary will spark some real debate which will be excellent... but as said above do remember to take it with a pinch of salt in terms of Primark being the ONLY people who exploit cheap labour.

Personally I was advising people to watch it to open their eyes to child labour in general but I do hope they are more objective than focussing it all on Primark, because as you said the fashion world in general is not exactly innocent

It is sad when a good British company Primark owned by (Associated British Foods)which employs a lot of young people to work in their stores, allowing hardworking british shoppers to be able to afford cheap high street fashion.

Now they wanna kick PriMark outta town, because they exploit 3rd World workers..Please

The fashion industry has been exploiting 3rd world workers and children since time began, so what the real reason for the Devil wears Primark backlash?

The Topshops, River Island, Dorothy Perkins and Burtons of the high st are finally getting a kick where it REALLY hurts in their pockets ... and are hacked off that everyone has voted with their feet and sloped off to Primark/Pri-Marni/Marc du Prix

They were fast asleep when Primark got its hands on the old C&A site in Oxford St and have squeezed into dominating larger high street spaces, while the big boys Arcadia Kingfisher and Co were counting their big phat bonuses.... and patting each other on the back for being so canny.

Everyone is getting their knickers in a Fairtrade twist about Primark, the larger chains do not (and never did) pay any of their 3rd World suppliers any more than any of the low cost stores.

And then there's the designers who must be losing their minds cos no one in their sensible minds would spend £100 on a frock from Debenhams which you can get for £12 at Primark.

Trying to get fashion conscious teens and youngsters to wear expensive Hemp Smocks and pants may enhance your Fairtrade rep, but its a cunning plan nonetheless..

Wake up to reality
